BACKGROUND

     FRANK C. BAKER was admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1976.  He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  A graduate of Bloomsburg State College, now Bloomsburg University, he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Puget Sound Law School, now Seattle University Law School.  Mr. Baker is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Columbia County Bar Associations.  In addition, Mr. Baker holds elected office as a South Centre Township Supervisor and is involved in various civic and community activities.
